Agreement in principal
- If you are buying an off plan property and
want the peace of mind of knowing you can have the mortgage
before committing to the purchase, we are able to obtain an
agreement in principle from a lender.
- Our fee for this work is €500.00. This
figure is deductible from our final fee on completion.
- In the mean time if a new product is being
introduced to the Spanish Mortgage market during the period
of construction of your off-plan property, we will of course
endeavor to obtain it for you at no extra cost.
Here are some examples of the market beating mortgage
offers that we can provide.
Mortgage product 1
Maximum Loan: 80% loan to value with interest only period and
up to 35 years term. This product potentially offers the purchaser
the opportunity of a 100% of the purchase price including costs
subject to property value.
Mortgage product 2
70% loan to value or 100% of the purchase price with up to10
years interest only with interest rates from 4% and a repayment
term of up to 30 years.
Mortgage product 3
Bridging loan where 80% loan to value can be obtained across
your property for sale and the property you wish to buy combined.
The product offers a deferred payment period and interest only
up to 3 years.
Mortgage product 4
Maximum interest only: 60% loan to value with interest only
for the term of the mortgage up to 30 years.
